Matt Golinski is a highly regarded celebrity Australian chef with a passion for food and helping the community. He has worked at some of Australia’s best restaurants and is well known as being one of the original chefs in the popular ‘Ready Steady Cook’ television series.
Matt tragically lost his wife and three daughters in a house fire in Tewantin in QLD and also sustained 40% burns to his body.
Matt is a truly inspirational and wonderful human being. He is selfless and generous. Matt wanted to be involved with the training in a hope that he could assist with the education of fire safety within the greater community.

The Boar Group Study Support Bursary 2025
The Boar Group Study Support Bursary assists students from low socio-economic backgrounds, with a preference for students who must work to support their studies.
The KIDS Foundation is about injuries, helping those injured in horrific circumstances like car accidents, fires, dog attacks, crime and domestic violence, and importantly preventing them from happening through education and empowerment in Australian kindergartens and preschools.
Boar Group support Youth Week and Younity. Youth Week is held each year as a celebration of young people from 12 to 25 years of age. Youth Week provides an opportunity to celebrate young people as they showcase their talents and contributions, participate in events and share their points of view.
We have a wonderful partnership with Younity which involves supporting indigenous youth and also underprivileged kids with learning difficulties to enable them to go to school to hopefully in grade nine transition to a regular school.
Younity has just built a small school with some land donated from a church. The school has 49 students currently but will grow. Most of these kids have never been to school before or only for brief periods.

Boar Group Donated Money to assist wit the Moggill Cricket Club to build more cricket nets.
West Brisbane Panthers
